The animator.ru profile has a studio description but doesn't list any of their films (they are on the site, but without their studio listed). It was founded in Moscow in 1933 as a studio focused on making popular science and educational films (similar to Kievnauchfilm in Ukraine, and Lennauchfilm in Leningrad). They sometimes (though rarely) ventured into animation, as well.
In 2004 it was renamed to the "Center of National Film", and in 2015 ceased operations.
