Description:

A doctor treats a patient. The 3rd film of the "Optical Illusion" trilogy.

It covers the period of the 1980s (when the director would have been 27-37 years old), and alludes to a contemporary trend of using forced psychiatric treatment as a way of dealing with inconvenient people (according to reviewer Aleksey Surtayev).

The film is wordless except for the definition of the invented term "ainudism" - an invented term based on the director's own last name: "amentia with autism squared". According to the director:

For the title of the final part of the trilogy, I needed a psychiatric term that also began with the letter "A". I dug through all the medical encyclopedias, but found nothing suitable. And the word "Ainudism" was invented by our sound engineers on "Autism", completely by accident - they were scribbling on pieces of paper and suddenly wrote this word. A very suitable word, it immediately refers to other idiotic "isms": "Stalinism", "Maoism", "Leninism". That's what they decided to call the film. True, there were certain people who considered it self-promotion.
