Description:
A magician punishes a greedy man. Based on an Armenian folk tale which is similar to the Greek myth about King Midas.
The first video above is the Armenian version, and the second is the Russian one (which seems to have been released in 1985). Both are high quality sources - the first comes from the National Cinema Center of Armenia (Sep 2020) and is in 25fps (the TV frame rate), and the second was scanned from 35mm film by the RuTracker animation scanning project (Apr 2021) and is in 24fps (the theatrical frame rate).
