There were two difficult phrases to translate here - first was the title, "Какого рожна хочется?" and second is said at 5:58 - "Рожна им только не хватает".
The word "рожон" (rozhon) used in both is a sharp stick or pike that long ago was used in Russia to hunt bears, and has a rather rustic connotation.
The second phrase, literally something like "A rozhon is the only thing they lack", is often used sarcastically to express that someone already has everything imaginable - or is demanding more - sometimes in a ridiculous or excessive way. It also has a hint of comeuppance, as if being on the sharp end of the rustic spike is what they deserve.
After much thought, it was translated as "The only thing they lack is a good sturdy stake." This generally preserves the original meaning as well as the aggressive intent; good, sturdy stakes are known in many horror and fantasy stories as the tool of choice used to kill vampires - and "overly-wealthy" people are sometimes called vampires in English (in the social sense). So this translation also subtly implies that those it is aimed at might be vampires.
As for the first phrase, it is literally something like "Which rozhon is wanted?" or "What is this rozhon that you're after?", and actually means something like "What the heck do you want now?". However, in this film the original meaning of the phrase is also preserved (due to the way the film ends).
In the English translation, it was important to have two meanings, with something like "what (literal, pointy) stake are you after?" being one of them. But there is nothing really appropriate in English that has both meanings. The translation chosen, "What's the Stake Here?" replaces the question "What the heck do you want now?" with "What is the real point of all this (what's going on in the film)?". This seemed like a worthy trade to make, since it allowed the double meaning of the title to be kept in English, and that is the main question that the film asks its viewers in any case.
