Description:
A social satire about a little penguin who becomes famous for maintaining a clean home, and what happens to him afterwards.
The film was released in both Russian and Ukrainian; however, it seems to have been animated to the Russian voices, as they more closely match the lip-syncing, with the Ukrainian ones being added after the animation was done.
The first video above is the Russian version, and the second is the Ukrainian version, restored by the Dovzhenko Centre in 2022. The Ukrainian video has a much nicer image.
